FTC officially withdraws it's objection to Microsoft / Activision

Late last night, the FTC withdrew it's objections to the Microsoft/Activision merger, after putting the internal battle 'on hold' earlier this week.

"It is ordered ... that this matter in its entirety be and it hereby is withdrawn from adjudication, and that all proceedings before the Administrative Law Judge be and they hereby are stayed,"

This comes after a very lengthy (and costly) battle between the FTC and Microsoft. The internal matter is resolved, and the FTC has cleared the way to Activision/Blizzard becoming a reality!
